Default Re: New CAI PICS/Measurements

BDJ's Racing,

I was not challenging you. I was only trying to clear up why HDDP is such a pr!ck when it comes to this stuff.

I believe that all of my posts have been neutral.

If you have the dyno done and gain 15 more whp than stock, then that is a wonderful accomplishment and I'm sure you will get quite a few orders.

I will not pay for any CAI system right now, regardless of it's claims. My car is bone stock except for the brake fluid, wheels and tires. For the track, it goes up to Rotors and Pads too. (Okay, minor cosmetics stuff too... )

I'm not interested in top speed at this point or raw acceleration. Mostly I'm interested in improving my technique on the track. When I get to a point where I "NEED" the acceleration, then I'll look at an ECU tune, Overdrive Pulley set, Intercooler system upgrade and THEN a more open intake, possibly an SL55 setup, but I'm not sure yet as that is a long way off and will probably be proceeded by some suspension tuning.

I wish you luck with your products and hope they will benifit the Crossfire community.

Cheers!
