Lantana is correct... the base of those jacks are pretty narrow... I wouldn't want to be under there with only them stabilizing the weight of the car... If you dont want to buy jack stands, go to HOME DEPOT or LOWES have the lumber department cut you a few 10" long peices of 4"x8" joist lumber... it should only cost you $10... Then you can slide them under the car to use as "jack stands" if you put them in the form of a "T" on end you will have lateral stability so your head doesn't get "Galegered" as MMZ said...
