I still think the OEM supercharger is the way to go.. heck I even ran across a guy that modified one for his VW Corrado... Now this is creative thinking... Take a SLK32 IHI supercharger and use it for a clutch driven blower on your VW... Increase your injectors to 440cc and tune appropriately... Simple... So what's the big deal about you guys trying to figure out the TURBO thing... You already have a SC that can deliver up to 32psi when the pulleys are modified. It already has a mated IC that's made by Garrett... It already has the bolt holes aligned with your engine and fits snugly into the V... the OEM layout already delivers 1.4L of 02 per revolution... it is internally oiled and does not require additional oil pumps... You can buy them rebuilt for $1,800...
