I have saw as much as 12 whp on a 1.8L Acura engine in a civic. The car made 146whp, then with P&P, 158whp. No other mods. I have did around 400 P&P on Throttle Bodies now. Still not 1 complaint yet.

I do not change the butterfly or motors. Just removing tons of unneeded material and narrowing the shaft, and then polish it all up on the inside. This process works on N/A motors, super charged, turboed, and even NOS cars.
So what you are saying is that you are porting "enlarging" the throat of the throttle body but you are keeping the butterfly valve the same diameter ? that would leave an air gap that would cause a very LEAN situation during idle and the car would sputter and stall...

What is the throat diameter you have increased the TB to ? And what diameter have you reduced the butterfly shaft to ? Does that mean you have replaced the actuator motor to machine the butterfly shaft since they are integratedand pressed on at the factory ? Also, how do you secure the butterfly valve to the shaft now that you have reduced it's diameter ? the retaining screw taps have very little material on either side...

This is good information... Thanks for sharing...
