What makes you think that it would not work ? Did somebody post something here that said it wouldn't work ? The SC is an EASY install... BUT, and this is a BIG BUT, then you have to do the plumbing for the IC and THEN you have to alter the engine managment with those 21 associated / integrated sensors to handle the additional boost / fueling otherwise your engine NO RUNNY...

Also, AMG designed additional oiling / cooling properties into the SC engine and more robust internals to handle the additional metalurgical stress' of the increased HP... So do you think you'll be driving that engine much longer than 30k miles without a rebuild ?

Seriously, the installation of the SC is a piece of cake, and the replacement of the 17lb injectors for the 51lb injectors is a no brainer, and adding the two extra sensors that the SC engine has and the NA engine doesn't is a 3 hour job...Even if you just installed manual 12v switches to run the IC pump and SC clutch that's easy...

The electronics are your big problem and big dollar item, always have been...
VROOM VROOM, NO COMPUTER NO GO...
