Re: Going in for warranty work, what else should I include?
Mine started allowing road noise in from the bottom of the door and darting to the right about the same time the window problem showed up. The dealer installed a fix on the window that limits it's up travel so it won't hit the drip rail but that has added wind noise problems. Further fixes have added problems with water running down the inside of the window. The window problem was temperature sensitive in that it would start to happen at about 50ºF and get worse as the temperature dropped. At 10ºF the top of the window was 1/8" (3mm) above the drip rail.
I suspect that the problem is that the adhesive bonding that holds the car together is failing and strongly suggest that you document every conversation and visit with your dealer for your upcoming Lemon Law suit. This is a fundamental problem that affects some Crossfires and the dealers can't fix it. Generally they just "adjust the door latch", tell you the problem is fixed and send you away.
Good Luck.
