I installed it myself I wired the camera to the left backup light and I plug in the monitor into the cigarrette lighter. The wireless is reliable good picture. The only thing that can be annoying is the monitor flickers on and off from other wireless signals so I turn it off when I'm driving. You could fix that by hooking it up to to stay on all the time. Would I buy it again? yes for the price you can't go wrong most cost a lot more but I've only had it for a few months so I don't know how it will be long term. The only other thing is after driving the car for a few months now I find myself not needing the camera but it does come in handy when needed.
