So very glad you are mostly OK. I am DISAPPOINTED the air bag did not deploy. At 25 MPH you could have gotten head injuries from colliding with the window (unles your tall enough where your head is above the window like mine). I wonder if you should report this to your dealer, I think it bears investigation because maybe your entire SRS system is malfunctioning.
