So if I was T-boned in a Viper I could be saddled with a minivan as a rental? That would be completely unacceptable to me and I would squawk long and loud until I got something more suitable. A soccer mom with 5 kids would need a minivan, not a Kia. A landscaper would need a truck, not a RX-8. So I think that since AtomHeart has a need for a Crossfire then he is entitled to a comparable car especially since the at fault driver will eventually pay for it.
