That's really too bad man. You keep refering to the other driver as a "girl". How old is she? I'm guessing a teenager? That does take talent and true cell skills to plow into you and not drop the phone! The first thing I would have done is take her phone and thrown it against the curb... CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW???

I'm a hot head, she would have been in tears by the time I got done chastising her! At least it was a Honda that hit you and not something built higher grade materials. I saw a CR-V get TOTALED by rear ending a Buick at 15 MPH. The air bags didn't even need to come out and the damn Honda was DONE! $12,000 in damage at 15 MPH? No wonder our insurance is so high.

That is a sorry sight to behold, but it doesn't look terminal. I think she'll be okay. Did you drive her home? It looks like you could have. If the door still opens, you're probably ok. Hit up her insurance company for $10,000 Depreciation and stick to your guns. I don't think you'll get a Crossfire as a rental, but I wouldn't accept anything less than a luxury brand vehicle of some description. If they hand you the keys to an Aveo, tell them what to do with themselves...
