Glad that you are OK...I agree with NeverEnough, she would have to have the cell phone surgically removed from another part of her body. I assume there were witnesses, and hopefully the Police report states that she was using a cell phone at the time of the accident. But agin the main thing is that you are OK, the car can be fixed.
