Well, I brought up a diminished value claim on my car, and the allstate claims adjuster said, "generally we dont honor those, but feel free to submit anything you want."

Should I get a lawyer at this point? There is one here in Denver that specializes in diminished value claims. I really dont want to be stuck with a car I can't sell or trade because of an $8000 discrepancy in value.
