Its amazing how well the body held up. A lot of times when people see sports cars, particularly the small statured crossfire they think of it was a death trap. Constantly surrounded by trucks and SUVs its nice to know that your driving a Mercedes designed body structure that is rigid and tough. You just don't get that safety with all sports coupes. Imagine if you were in a Miata or an MR2.
