Should I get a lawyer at this point? There is one here in Denver that specializes in diminished value claims. I really dont want to be stuck with a car I can't sell or trade because of an $8000 discrepancy in value.
I think it would be a good idea to talk with him. See what his fee will be and if that can be reimbursed as past of the claim.
