Have had 4 aftermarket units on my cars and secret is finding a professional, not a wirring hacker. You will require the available relay for working with our key sentry security )about $45 extra. Should cost you around $300 for a good system
It's kind of difficult finding a professional installer, I don't know if it's just me but maybe I don't know what to look for.
Taking it to the dealer seems like it would be much easier, since anything that happens I could pin it on them..the extra cost wouldn't bother me that much.
