Well I'll be the first to claim that I'm overly harsh - but I also consider my stance to be practical. AtomHeart either has to lose $7-8K due to the actions of Allstate's client or fight for it. Allstate obviously is not going to play nice guy so just as obviously AtomHeart can't either.
