However, as to not cheat anybody I decided to do more research, and found out that my design was almost exactly the same design as one that is on the market. The only difference that I can see is the finish on the product, and mine would be a lower price. Do I continue with my design and then bring it to market and call it healthy competition, or do I just let the person keep their design even though it is not patented?
