Re: If you ever wondered about Warranty
This is a follow-up to my earlier post. I received a letter from Chrysler on transferring the powertrain warranty to my newly purchased 2004 Crossfire. They gave me a little more than 30 days, naming the last day it could be transferred. I believe a title change prompted the letter but I had also inquired about it through the web site. I didn't do it because I am reselling the car, but its good to know its possible. The manual is pretty clear, you can go to any dealer and pay the $150 to get the $100 deductible per occurrence powertrain warranty coverage. They run a computer check at the dealer to see if car is eligible.
