Another thing to consider is how MANY we will need to have printed. I know the printer will want to push for volume to keep the price low. So I'll work with them to make it work out best for us price-wise. I'm not planning to skimp on quality though. I want these beauties reproduced on quality glossy card stock - just like any calendar you would purchase at a book store.
I'm guessing that they will cost less than $30, and I'd like to keep it less than $20.
Those of you that work in the print industry hit me up with an estimate. Assume a 15 month calendar (twelve normal months and an extra page for Jan/Feb/Mar of 2009, and a full color cover front and back) - also assume 11" by 8.5" for the size of each page.
