That is the cover, but it doesn't fit quite that easily.
On the front the lip cuts into the radiator hose and needs to be reshaped and on the back the bar covers where our MAF is, that area also needs to be reshaped.
I use a parts guy for a lot of my used parts and could probably source a ton of these covers.
You are right though, CF is expensive, we're working with a company in CA for other CF body pieces, so it might be cheaper given our order size.
I may just offer both options, a repainted one and a CF one. Of course the original MB one can be offered as well, modified to fit of course.
