Kusheen. I was on the beltway with mine on Friday...but not Saturday. It could have been me that you saw . I was on the beltway between 66 West and Carderock, MD between 10:15am and 12 Noon and then again on the outerloop (heading back to 66) between 2:30pm and 3:00pm.
