The manual gets about the same, it really depends on your driving style how much you want to get our of your tank. The worst tank I've gotten was when I went to a short oval at the last get together in Orlando but I was driving in the upper RPM range so I burning fuel like no other.
The stick is still more fun to drive, unless you get hte SRT then you won't care about not having a stick cause it's ridiculously faster than the Limited
