IMO, I don't think dry ice on the supercharger will do much and could be a little too cold to place directly on the charger.
I'm working on a remote IC coolant resivour setup that will have two power steering fluid coolers, capable of being packed with dry ice or normal ice. It may be a few weeks until it's done but I'll be sure to post results.
