BTW, my service mgr was showing me how to turn off the service interval message(wrenches) and when he started the car back up the CEL was gone. He said it was just coincidence, and that after the car cycles through the warming up and cooling off process enough it will turn off automatically if the problem is not present.
hasn't happened since and no special rigging, i just check to make sure its seated from time to time.
i think it popped off during the run when i didnt realize my hood was not closed all the way and running at high speeds (which i got meat balled for) and combined with running over rumble strips.
