Here is a less complicated formula that I learned from my father, I use it often. TRFP x DF + MHT = MV. This has been around for many years and has always produced the most exacting results for me. Give it a try and see if you like the results.
TRFP - Total Right Foot Pressure
DF - Distance to Floor
MHT - Maximum Hold Time
MV - Maximum Velocity
