So much for dimming when the headlights are on.........The top wouldnt retract and I muddled around thinking the partition was out of allignment....It turned out the battery was depleted..That would explain the led's dimming when the lights went on. I'm such a putz sometimes.

Now if only i could learn how to upload pictures not that I'd be posting anything new.
