Nope. The voltage rating doesn't really matter in this case. The more the merrier.
I just re-did my mod and switched from the 220 uf to the 330uf and I have to say I like the 330 better. There's more bass in the doors and it seems to compliment the subwoofers better. They dont' seem to have to work so hard. Vocals don't seem quite as tinny either.
