I'm going through my insurance company (State Farm) with this accident rather than the other guys' and I asked them about diminished value. They said they don't do it and that I'd have to go after the other guys insurance co. to get it. Along with the medical, pain and suffering etc., I may have to lawyer up. Not looking forward to that.
