This is my first post ever to this website. Three weeks ago I purchased an 04 Xfire Limited 6-speed manual with 9,100 miles. I paid $16,700. The car is flawless inside and out. It is black with the red/dark gray interior. I love it. I went to Chrysler and paid the $150 to transfer the warranty. So the powertrain is covered until April of 2011. I was able to insure the car as an "exotic" with "Hagerty" insurance. I pay $35/month for full coverage with a value of $17,000. This value doesn't change as the car ages like with most insurance policies. The car cost less than most econoboxes, cost much less to insure than most econoboxes, has a warranty, German build quality and amazing styling. Am I right to feel like I've found "car ownership nirvana?" The three weeks have been long enough to realize some of the cars shortcomings, but this kind of car (with the low mileage) for this kind of money is almost unheard of. The fact that I even test drove this car was a fluke. I had my heart set on a Boxster and was going to buy an 01 for $20,000. Both cars have their strong and weak points, but I like the Crossfire better.

So, I wanted to get some feedback as to how good a deal you out there in the Xfire community think $16,700 was for this Xfire. I'm attaching some pictures here. (hopefully)
