You need to make sure you have a GOOD Xfire tech.. I have only one certified Xfire tech at the dealership I work at and he is very hard to schedule for serivce due to the fact that he also has to pdi cars, do customer lofs and chrysler warranty work as well.. I take my car 70 miles away to different dealership for service.. It is only 15 miles away from my home, but it is not where I go on a daily basis.. In and out and questions are answered like I am a real customer.. There are alot less headaches this way.
