M62 is from the Series I 3800, I don't know what year they started, but the last year was 1996. The Pontiac Bonneville SSEi is probably where most of the take off units come from. The pulley diameter is 3.8" (strange that it's on a 3.8L, eh?)

In 97-03, Series II 3800 was out, GM moved over to the M90. You can find take off units from the Pontiac GTP, Regal GS, Bonneville SSEi, and Buick Park Avenue Ultra. Stock pulley diameter is 3.8"

Some specs/"compressor" maps:

http://www.capa.com.au/eaton_m90data.htm - M90

Good place to get an M90, possibly M62 - http://www.moradpartscompany.com/
