This is what they use to track all of our training, figures... The mechanic has to put his SID# on the claim for Chrysler to pay the dealership for any warranty repairs. The Dealership has to be a "Crossfire Dealer" to be able to be paid on warranty work. So if you wanted to pay for the parts and labor out of pocket, I guess you could just run it down to the nearest Mercedes dealership and pay.
