After that, look out man ! The repair costs are just scary high.
Once the warranty is gone and you have to take it to those white-coat-wearing Porsche/Audi techs to get anything fixed the charm wears off really fast. How many 8-12 year old Audis do you see running around ? Ask the owners of an older Audi what they think of the cars. Check the resale prices on higher mileage Audis versus a similar Mercedes or BMW. Sure the writers in the car magazines love 'em. They don't have to worry about taking care of them once the warranty runs out !
Good choice to lease but not to own for the long haul.

Question - have you owned an Audi? or is it hearsay? Audi's and VW's share a lot of mechanical components and all the ones I had performed very well and where reliable even after the warranty ran out!
And nobody beats Audi in regards to trim and fit - nobody! Period! No MB, No BMW and no Lexus!(however - in terms of ride quality it easily competes with the lousy one of the SRT! And I have two!
