Final Update
The guy came by and fixed the wheel. He just sanded down the areas and repainted them. I have to say it turned out really well. I can't really tell where the bad spots were.
Glad that's over and done with.
Right now the car is in the hands of the dealership due to the threading on the drivers seat coming un-done and frayed. They're taking it to a local shop to have it redone.
