Photoshop can take them out. Use the clone tool. Oh wait, that only works on photos.

My black STR-6 has the same holes but it doesn't bother me. No one notices them 'cause the car has sooo much eye candy. I may plug them one day though. I think those bump out plugs only draw attention to them.
