Wholesale is what the dealer would buy it for and KBB is usually retail, or what the car would sell for. KBB does show trade-in and private sale estimates as well.
KBB for the one I bought is $30,025. So I figure $21,000 with the door dent, only one key, a non-OEM radio, and a missing owner's manual is still pretty good. I'm hoping to bring it back to OEM stock for under a grand.
