Default Re: Cowl / Ram induction hoods

Somebody PM'd me a while back, asking me just exactly what would it take to make my scoop functional?
I accidently erased their message, and I can't remember who it was that sent it.
But here (in this EBAY auction) is everything that is needed to make it functional on a carburated V8.

The final piece is designed to fit snug to the top of an air cleaner housing with a piece of foam rubber as a seal.
I think it would be very easy to fabricate a receptacle air collector to fit on top of an NA Crossfire V6 out of an old air cleaner housing, and take advantage of the existing snorkel to funnel the cold air back to the intake at the rear of our manifold.
If I thought for one second that doing this would improve my Crossfire's performance, I would have done it already.
