Fireamx . . . 300HURST production (hardtops) were rumored to be APPROX. 585 - 600 pieces. There was ONE ragtop built for promotion purposes . . . then supposedly an employee at HURST Industries liked it so much, he bought a 1970 300 Ragtop and the pieces from HURST to change it over to a HURST convertible. I have seen 2 other convertibles - each was cloned. I built my convertible from a "real" 1970 300 convertible, 375 hp 440 V8, pwr wdw, pwr seat, tilt/tele steering with rimblow, console auto . . . was definetly a fun car !
