Looks like it was a great day for the Applefest show ! Nice looking HURST . . . I still have a soft spot for those big ole machines !!! I did have THREE Hardtops at one time, that is where I got the parts for making the convertible - one of the cars donated. I was originally going to make it a monster stroker motor with a 4speed (with the big HURST shifter) . . . . but time and $$$$ kept me from it, then I found the 300 convertible for cheap . . . one thing led to another. Still kinda wish I had that car . . . but the Crossfire certainly makes up for not having the ragtop ! Course wind in the face kinda driving is nice - never know, maybe a low mile Crossfire ragtop ??? hmmmmmm. . . .
