Location / Running wires for new Amp / Sub

Hi,
I decided to put an Alpine M450 Amp http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...0&i=500MRPM450 and an Infinity Reference http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...nce&i=1081050W Sub in my car.

I was thinking about where exactly to put the Amp / Sub. Has anyone successfully ran the wires to the trunk hiding them decently? I was looking and I don't know how I would get the wires from the front over the wall in the middle to the trunk without exposing them. Is there something I can remove that will let me pass through.. ??

Also, would it be a bad idea / impossible to tap into the line powering the stock amp and running a cable powering another amp from that one?
