Yeah, I replied to this yesterday...
Once the spoiler deploys at 65mph, you can not manually lower the spoiler until you go below 65mph, or at ~35 it will lower itself.
If the spoiler is manually lowered or automatically lowered, it will go back up if the magic 65 is hit again.
If the spoiler is manually raised, it will stay that way until manually lowered.
You can only override the automatic mode by pulling the fuse.
Small clarification (check it out if you dont agree)
If you manually raise the spoiler- and exceed the normal Auto operation speed - the spoiler will automatically go back down when you decel below the appropriate speed.
