why not just buy a used viper and enjoy it for what it is. v10 Crossfire would be so overpowered to the point of being useless, the torqe would ignite the tires constantly, then you have to upgrade other parts on the chassis to handle that much torqe, gotta stay within the envelope. 300-400hp is more than enough and can be done with the 3.2l NA motor. no need to upgrade engines.

you can build your own centrafugal set-up, mount it and have kleeman re-program your ecu. low boost will make 300hp, and cost would be around $4000 to DIY it.
