Were they all horrible or are you just having trouble with this one? Sounds like a pretty decent track record to me. While that certainly doesn't fix your issue, nor ease your frustration, I'd look at maybe going to a different dealer to fix the issue rather than just ditch the whole company because of this one problem - drawn out and exasperating as it is.
