If you find a way past those problems, you could rig up 30 leaf blowers in tow-behind and make "mad power".
But if you have the room, turbocharging is a much better solution due to both it's efficiency and fuel economy.
EDIT: I really shouldn't be researching anything close to forced induction on my crossfire due to the warranties I have... But I've been too deep into the turbo dodge community to leave well enough alone.
On that note, I'll be pondering ways to get around returnless fuel systems and MAF setups for a good long while.
