Remove the Sprint Booster and see if you have any throttle response.
If I remember correctly somebody else had this problem and they ended up returning theirs to the manufacturer who replaced it, and the replacement worked OK. If there is anybody nearby you that has an SB, swap them to see if the problem persists etc.
