Provided that there is proper prep work and the welds are clean there's no big deal about welding pipes.

The biggest issue is making sure that there's no restriction on the inside diameter to impede exhaust flow, i.e. pipe mis-alignment, or welds flowing into the pipe causing a "venturi" effect.




Woodlands1........many states allow bikes to be loud as more of a safety measure....The reasoning is that you can at least HEAR the bike even if you can't see it. We all know bike riders are way more vulnerable simply because of being out in the open, as well as the small size of the bike and rider compared to a vehicle.
