I'd get a second opinion from an idependant alignment shop that has a good rep. first.
If they tell you it's bent, find out from them "everything" you need to get it fixed by them. Then price everything out from a parts store.
$800 sounds high to me, but everything at your friendly neighborhood Chrysler dealer usually is.
This is something that doesn't need to be fixed at a Chrysler dealer.
