I'm no airodynamic engineer but did you know that a rough finished surface is more efficient for airflow than a smooth surface, mostly because of the surface tension of liquids adhears better to smooth parts than rough ones, you might want to sand the inside of the coatings off.
there is no liquid going thru these tubes, for the intake manifold runners yes i agree but this piece is way before fuel gets sprayed
