Well, I was wondering if anyone else has had a leak on the passenger side where the air circulation fan is. I noticed my car is leaking there and took it to the dealer and they replaced the seal on the cowl cover. They then did a leak test and it is still leaking.

I was wondering if maybe there is supposed to be a shield of some kind that acts as a diverter around the fresh air intake vent.

Has anyone that has not had a leak removed the cowl and taken any photos? My dealer wants to pull my windshield and have it resealed. I am not convinced that the windshield is the problem.
