Anything 'custom' is extremly difficult and you'll pay for it.
I forget who told me this but it was not a private message and was on this forum, so it should be able to be located via search.
I also do not know if it is true - but it makes sense because most of the providers of these tunes due not have the ability to alter them or make them 'custom'. They just load and go.

The only thing Jessie @ SI was tweaking when he tuned my SRT was fuel maps and A/F ratio after watching the ECU adjust from Dyno run to Dyno run. I guess you could call it a "semi" custom tune.
A true custom dyno tune - is with a laptop in the car and watching the parameters live and tweaking them at various RPM levels as the car spins. Thus the fuel maps and other parameters would differ from car to car and tune to tune.
